Bredesen presents plan for workers’ comp reform
Governor Phil Bredesen Tuesday unveiled his 13-point plan for reforming the workers' compensation system.
The TBA is analyzing the bill now, and the TBA’s Workers’ Comp Study Committee is meeting Friday afternoon for further study.
