Failure to Complete 2007 Continuing Legal Education Requirements
The following attorneys were suspended by the Supreme Court on Aug. 27, 2008, for failing to comply with Rule 21 of the Rules of the Tennessee Supreme Court, which requires mandatory continuing legal education. Attorneys who have since complied with CLE requirements for 2007 are noted as reinstated.
