Summary suspension for failure to pay 2008 annual fee
Tennessee Supreme Court Orders filed May 27, May 30, July 14 & July 21, 2008
Pursuant to Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 20.1, "[e]very attorney admitted to practice before this Court, except those exempt under Section 20.2, shall pay to the Board of Professional Responsibility on or before March 1 of each year an annual fee for each year beginning in 1976 to be set by the Court from time to time." Failure to timely pay this fee shall result in the attorney being summarily suspended from the practice of law. Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9 Section 20.3, based on the foregoing, the license to practice law in this State of each of the following listed attorneys is summarily suspended upon representation of the Board of Professional Responsibility that the required notices pursuant to Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 20.3, have been given and that the listed attorneys have failed to pay the 2008 annual fee and/or fees for prior years as required by Rule 9, Section 20.
