These amendments to the Rules of Appellate Procedure, Rules of Civil Procedure, Rules of Criminal Procedure, Rules of Evidence and Rules of Juvenile Procedure have been reported to the General Assembly.

Subject to approval by a joint resolution of both Houses of the General Assembly, the rules will take effect on July 1, 2008.
